Student Loan Deferment Request Forms and Verification of Enrollment

Verification of Enrollment and Student Loan Deferment Requests are processed by the Registrar’s Office at PAU. Please be sure that the student section of all forms is fully complete, signed, and dated. There should be an address or fax number on the form for the Registrar to route the document once completed. The Registrar’s Office cannot certify enrollment for a student until the first day of classes. The Registrar automatically provides the Student Loan Clearinghouse with enrollment information each quarter. Students must be enrolled at least half-time for in-school deferment status of federal loans.
