Financial Aid Eligibility
General Federal and California State Financial Aid requirements include:
- Be formally admitted into a degree-granting program
- Be a U.S. citizen or Permanent Resident of the U.S. in order to be evaluated for Federal Aid
- Be a U.S. citizen, a Permanent Resident, or undocumented California High School graduate in order to be evaluated for the California State Grant Program (https://www.csac.ca.gov/cal-grants)
- Be enrolled or intending to enroll at least half-time
- Be making Financial Aid Satisfactory Academic Progress every quarter (see below for details)
- Not be in default on a federal loan or owe a refund on other federal student aid programs
