Third Party Release Forms-FERPA

The Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act of 1974 (FERPA) is detailed in the FERPA section of the catalog. In compliance with federal regulations, the Financial Aid Office at PAU will not release a student’s Financial Aid information to third parties (including parents of dependent students) without specific written permission from the student. It should be noted that institutions are prohibited from sharing financial aid information from some third parties, even with the student’s permission (for example, a property management company).
