COUN715 Advanced Transcultural Approaches to Counselor Education

This advanced course examines culturally responsive approaches to teaching, research, supervision, and leadership. By the end of this course, students will also understand decolonization of counselor education curriculum, scholarship, policies, and practices. Students will learn how to facilitate difficult conversations around power and privilege. Prerequisite: COUN711, COUN702, COUN713
