This course explores the currenttheories and research about individual and small group behavior in organizations. This course explores the issues facing organizations in today’s world. Emphasis is placed on the study of organizational behavior and factors critical to achieving improved individual job performance and organizational commitment as well as overall organizational effectiveness.
