The mission of the Center for Educational Excellence at Palo Alto University is to advance the principles of inclusive and innovative academic excellence in education by supporting educators and future educators in the PAU community. We are committed to:

Providing inclusive and transformative educational development, resources, and mentoring to educators and future educators, helping them develop culturally competent, inclusive teaching practices to cultivate visionary, responsive, and culturally affirming educators.

Foster the creation of inclusive learning environments that celebrate diversity, respect all perspectives, and cultivate a sense of belonging among students, faculty, and staff.

Share innovative teaching and learning methods, leveraging cutting-edge technologies and evidence-based practices to enhance educational experiences and outcomes.

Providing ongoing educational development opportunities, workshops, and resources to ensure that new faculty members have the support they need to excel in their roles, pursue their career aspirations, and contribute to the growth of Palo Alto University.
